You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your winway account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any material inaccuracy in registration information may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds until verification is completed. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winway account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winway will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10.00 per transaction. All transactions on the winway Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winway is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred by Users whose payment providers operate in alternative currencies.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, winway reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is at the User's own request for non-breach reasons, and all KYC requirements are satisfied, any remaining verified balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
